Carb Day Concessions

This is one of the days leading up to Indy 500.
We will be selling alcohol so some will need to get a liquor permit, if you don’t already have one. These are very easy to get, they cost $15 + tax ($18.75) & are good for 3 years. Please refer to the pdf in my email for info on how to get it.
We will get a profit the net sales for food & drinks, plus 100% of all tips. This will be split evenly between all who work in concessions for this day.
