Community Day

Booth fees are $30.00 for a 10’X10’ space. Most spaces are under the bleachers and are shaded. You are responsible for supplying
your own tables, chairs and sunshades, if needed. You are responsible for your own set up and take down. Registrations and fee are
due by Monday, August 7, 2023. For consideration after the due date, contact Clarissa Farris at 317-213-6006 or
cfarris@indymca.org . Please make checks payable to “Avon Marching Black and Gold.” Vendor space is limited and space will be
assigned when your registration and payment are received. Please note, community vendors will not be permitted to sell food. We
reserve the right to refuse items considered inappropriate to the venue.

I have read this registration and the accompanying information. I hereby agree that if my business is accepted to participate, I will
abide by all rules, regulations and requirements. It is further understood that the booth fees are non-refundable, even if my
business drops out before the event or in case of inclement weather.
