The Avon High School Band department and the Marching Black & Gold Band Boosters would like to invite you to our Annual Fundraising Golf Outing.

Date: August 11, 2024

Location: Twin Bridges Golf Club, 1001 Cartersburg Rd. Suite #100, Danville, IN 46122

Time: Registration and catered lunch at 11:00AM, followed by a shotgun start at 1:00PM

Price:  $100 per player/$400 foursome with all profits going to the Avon Marching Black & Gold.

Calling golfers of all skill levels (or no skill level)! Do you need a fun-filled, amazing day full of FOOD, FUN & GIFTS? Then we would love for you to join us at the AMB&G Golf Outing! The food is catered, the prizes are awesome and the golf? Well . . . That’s just plain fun!

Cash prizes include: $400.00 to the winning team! $300.00 to the second place team, and if you’re third? You walk away with $200.00! Sign up now and reserve your spot!

Twin Bridges Golf Club on AUGUST 11th. Registration and a catered lunch begin at 11AM with a shotgun start at 1:00pm to really start the fun! Hope to see everyone there!

Golf Outing Sponsorship Information

Eagle Sponsor: $2000

  • An opportunity to include company provided promotional items in the goodie bag
  • Corporate logo on AMB&G show shirts for one year
    Corporate logo on AMB&G general sponsor banner which is displayed at band events
  • Corporate logo or family name displayed on golf sponsor banner which is displayed at band events
  • Corporate banner or logo displayed at scramble registration table
  • Sponsorship includes entry fees for one FOURSOME TEAM

Golf Carts Sponsor: $800

  • The opportunity for you to display your corporate logo on every golf cart
  • An opportunity to include company provided promotional items in the goodie bag
  • Sponsorship includes entry fees for one TWOSOME TEAM
  • Corporate logo or family name displayed on golf sponsor banner which is displayed at band events

Golf Ball Sponsor: Provide 120 Sleeves of Balls

  • Each player will receive a sleeve of three golf balls denoting your sponsorship OR your company can supply logo imprinted balls to be handed out to each player
  • An opportunity to include additional company provided promotional items in the goodie bag
  • Corporate logo or family name displayed on golf sponsor banner which is displayed at band events

Putting Green Sponsor: $300

  • Corporate logo displayed on signage by activity
  • Corporate logo on AMB&G golf sponsor banner displayed at the scramble

Hole Sponsor:
$150 for each hole to have your corporate logo displayed
$300 to man the hole: offer marketing materials/handouts or host games

Skills Events: $125 each

  • Longest drive men
  • Longest drive women
  • Longest putt
  • Closest to the Pin (4 opportunities)
