Nascar Concessions

Brickyard! Levy Restaurants is asking for some volunteers to work on both days, Sunday is the day they need the most people, 60-80.
We will be selling alcohol so permits will be requested if over 21. These are very easy to get, they cost $15 plus tax & are good for 3 years.
The profit from this is 12% of net food sales, 10% of net beverage sales & 100% of tips. The amount will be split evenly among all who work this event. Every volunteer who shows up to work, will automatically receive $50 on top of the profit laid out above.
The report time for concessions on Saturday is 6am – no later than 8:30pm and Sunday is 8:30am – 6:30pm. You can work one or both, completely up to you!
We are promised better stands than last year which means better payout. This is a great way to get your foot in the door and learn what concessions is like at Colts or the racetrack. P
While it’s an early morning, we will be working as a group no matter where we are at, getting to know each other better and making some money to help pay off band/guard fees & Macy’s trip fees.
Uniform is black pants or knee length shorts, any prior Avon show shirt, Avon Band hat.
16+ can work this event. 15 years olds are allowed to work as long as they are working with a parent or a legal guardian.
As with all these opportunities, credits will be applied per person working, not per family. All credits will be applied directly to band accounts as soon as we have physical check in hand from the company.
