It’s that time of year again! Thank you for donating food for the 2023 Avon Invitational. We have a lot of food to prepare and serve the Judges, Directors, and Bus Drivers. The MENU is Turkey Dressing (An Avon tradition), Macaroni and Cheese, Mashed Potatoes, Gravy, Green Beans, Salad, Assorted Fruit, BBQ Pulled Pork, Fried Chicken, Desserts, and Drinks! This is a full day with many opportunities to volunteer to help keep things running smoothly. If you sign up to bring a non-perishable item, please feel free to bring your donation anytime outside Cathy’s office leading up to the event. I will be collecting after band practices leading up to the event. Perishable items and all other donations are to be brought Friday September 22 between 5-9 PM. We will have student helpers collecting food items outside Door 37. If you sign up to bring Pulled Pork, bring it cold and we will heat it. This is for later in the afternoon. ALSO, I need bread, onion, and Celery a week prior to prepare the dressing. Thank you again for donating to Hospitiatliy!!
