Olympic Swim Trial Retail Set Up

Our next opportunity is with a company called Fanatics. This is the retail you see around Lucas Oil Stadium.
These are set up in 4 hour increments. If you would like to work 8 hour shifts please sign up for 2 back to back shifts.
Role Expectations: Retail Associate Positions
• Set Up shifts – Building and setting up each retail location – merchandising, hanging, organizing.
• Customer Service
• Register (Cashless)
• Inventory management.
• Line Queue / Hanger management.
• Break down shifts – unbuilding fixtures, packing up all equipment and merchandise.
Dress Code:
• Set Up Days: Whatever you do not mind getting dirty. Closed toed shoes. Hats are welcome.
• Open Days (Days open to the public): o Uniform Top (must be your outer layer)
o Closed toed shoes.
o Hats are welcome.
o Black bottoms (Pants, shorts, skirts, leggings)
Eligibility: The following standards are required for a Retail Event Associate for the US Olympic Swim Trials
• At least 18 years of age
• Must complete waiver of liability upon first shift.
Compensation:
• For a Non-Profit Group – $17/hr. per volunteer
o Shifts may adjust.
o Overtime is honored where worked.
Provided:
• Uniform Tops (multiple for multiple shifts)
• Snacks and Water, Meal(s) for days that are open to the public (must work at least an 8 hour shift).
