This is a 3 day event. If you sign up for Dayton you are committing to Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Friday will be a morning departure. Saturday is busy with practice, performance, and evening at hotel. Sunday will be a late return to Avon.
Chaperones--will travel with kids to Lebanon Junior High School around 9:50a and then back to hotel around 2p. Will leave again around 5ish and head to arena and then come back to hotel around 1am.
Wash uniforms
Order forms/money will be due on TUESDAY, April 23rd and delivery will be in May. Students will receive $15 for each bucket of detergent sold and $10 for each bag of Pods sold. Profits can be used to pay band/Macy's fees. Order forms are attached to this email as well as in the wooden box […]
