Delta Sigma Theta National Convention – Plated Service

These events do NOT need a permit since you are not selling anything. If you sign up, you are required to be there the entire time. If for any reason you need to back out, please let me know right away!
Uniform is as follows.
Dress Black Pants – no rips, tears, cannot be jeans, athletic pants or leggings
Plain Black crew neck Shirt (Short or Long Sleeve)
All Black Shoes (non-slip or tennis shoes)
Hair pulled back
Earrings – small to minimize a safety issue
Facial Piercing – cover or remove
Nails – less than a ¼ in length
Tattoos – cover up as per unit policy
Unlike working events at Lucas Oil, parking will not be provided. They recommend any of the surrounding parking garages, specifically:
Indiana Government Center Parking
279 S Capitol Ave Parking
Payment is $20 per hour, per person
Minimum age to work is 16.
All volunteers must bring a photo ID when working.
Plated events are using carts not trays!
These spots are first come first serve, this includes from our group and then me getting it over to SodexoLive. If you are not needed, I will let you know by email.
